The top and bottom sheets are made from high-grade 5005 H14 aluminum with a thickness range of 0.4 to 1.5mm, or other metals upon request. Coated with PVDF, these sheets provide outstanding weather resistance, making them ideal for long-term exterior use.
Durable Honeycomb Core
The anodized aluminum honeycomb core enhances longevity and structural strength. With foil thickness ranging from 0.04 to 0.06mm and honeycomb cell sizes from 4 to 6mm, the core design ensures uniform pressure distribution, allowing the panel to withstand significant pressure. The honeycomb core also guarantees superb surface flatness, even in larger panel sizes.
